Yes. Book your car in and bring any available service history. We’ll review the service requirements and explain what is due before proceeding.
How often should I service my car?
Follow your manufacturer’s recommended time or mileage interval, whichever comes first, or the vehicle’s service indicator where applicable. If you’re unsure, we can review this when your car comes in.
My service light is on. Can I book a service?
Yes. Tell us which reminder is showing when you book. If another warning light is illuminated, mention that too, as it may require separate diagnostic testing.
Can you check a problem while my car is being serviced?
Yes. Please describe the problem when booking so we can allow time to investigate. Diagnostic testing and repairs are separate from routine servicing and will be agreed with you.
Will you contact me before doing extra work?
Yes. Any additional repairs or maintenance identified will be explained and require your approval before we proceed.
